Wailu
a female Fallanassi, Wailu was the leader of the Lucazec council when the Empire tried to overtake the planet. She negotiated with General Tagge for control of the world, and on the advise of the rest of the council, she rejected his offer of Imperial control. As a result, Tagge created a number of elaborate schemes which discredited the Fallanassi in the eyes of their planetary neighbors. Wailu eventually fled Lucazec to live on J't'p'tan. She and the Fallanassi left hidden glyphs behind, embedded in the White Current, for any Fallanassi who returned to Lucazec searching for them.
