this used-droid salesman was also a secret Alliance operative during the Galactic Civil War. Lantes acted the part of a Corellian, and spoke with the accent of a man from a backwater world within the Corellian Sector. His base of operations was on the planet Deysum III, where he was part of the Alliance supply network maintained by Redda Macrebe. His value to the Alliance was in his ability to locate parts for just about any droid, and it was believed that Lantes never saw active combat.
