Verpalion, Rodin Hlian
this Imperial Advisor to Emperor Palpatine rose quickly to power in the Imperial Senate and attracted the attention of Emperor Palpatine. A close friend of Willhuf Tarkin, Rodin was given many "sensitive situations" to resolve, and was chosen to oversee the NOVA project during the height of the New Order. However, life on the planet Lianna didn't agree with his cultured upbringing, and decided to manage the project from a more urbane world. He continued to monitor the NOVA project.
