Velst Nay'sro
this was one of the Bothans assigned to watch over Kathol Sector during the early years of the New Republic. As a member of the Bothan Combat Response Element, Velst's mission was to track the actions of Moff Kentor Sarne and the Imperials who still operated in the sector. Although Velst was the senior member of the Bothan task force, he was often questioned by Bem Lyu'kij.
