Velser's Ring
this huge asteroid field was located between the planets Miser and Orin in the Bespin system. It was believed that the asteroids were remains of another gas giant planet, since the asteroids appeared to be formed from frozen gases and liquids rather than metal. Scientists believed that the asteroid belt was formed around 1,000 years before the Battle of Yavin. Note that Planet Hoppers indicates that Velser's Ring was located between Orin and Bespin.
