this former Imperial Captain was a native of the planet Coruscant. He served under Warlord Zsinj during the period following the Battle of Endor and the breakup of the Empire. When Zsinj stole the Razor's Kiss from Kuat Drive Yards, Vellar took command of the Iron Fist while Captain Raslan commanded the Razor's Kiss.
