this retired Imperial Army officer was highly distressed by the victories the Alliance was able to claim over the Empire, including the Battle of Yavin. He was fairly vocal about the Empire's lack of success in eradicating the Alliance. Vatoki was a passenger on the Kuari Princess when it was attacked by the Riders of the Maelstrom.
