this Imperial Corporal served as the Imperial Security Bureau attache' to the Executor during the final years of the New Order. He was in charge of all detention block transfers during the mop-up operations following the Battle of Hoth. Fiercely loyal to the New Order, Vandolay was also the political liaison for COMPNOR.
