Valsil Torr
this wily old Twi'lek served as the Warlord Zsinj's station chief on Zsinj's Empress-class space station at Yag'Dhul. Torr was in command shortly before Rogue Squadron took control of the facility during the Krytos crisis. He attempted to force the native Givin workforce to pay him bribes, and the Givin leader agreed to meet in Torr's office. An "accident" led to a blaster bolt hole in the hull of the station, and Torr was literally sucked out the small aperture. The Givin then patched the hole and survived.
