this Alliance Major was in charge of training personnel at Oracle Base, located on Tel III. A short, bald, well-muscled man, "Crazy Man" Berra was adept in all forms of guerrilla warfare. His students thoroughly despised him while in training, but were more often than not grateful when some part of his courses saved their life in the field.
