this Rodian black marketeer started his career as a bounty hunter, but wasn't terribly successful at it. After working for another black marketeer, Uopled discovered a talent for negotations. After making his fortune dealing in stolen merchandise, he purchased Petabys Station for a pittance. He transformed it into one of the most successful black marketplaces of the New Order.
