this starship parts and repair facility was located on the eastern side of the primary starport on Betha II. It was owned by a Chadra-Fan named Gwinnec Strov, shortly after the Battle of Bilbringi. He was decidedly anti-Human in his stance, and believed that humans hoarded all the best starship parts for themselves.
