Tybis
the tybis was a gentle beast of burden native to the planet J't'p'tan. Resembling a large, shaggy bear, the tybis was descended from a species of vicious predators. Quite often, individuals would revert back to their savage roots, attacking their owners and causing great harm. During the winter months, tybis herds had to be released into the wild to hibernate. In the valley surrounding the Temple of the Infinite Spirit, huge groups of tybis would sleep in great piles during the winter. The predatory instincts of the tybis were often brought immediately to bear when they were awakened from this sleep.
