this well-muscled human worked as Ororo Transportation's Chief Operating Officer until Ororo tried to horn in on Prince Xizor's spice trade. Xizor sent Guri as an emissary to Ororo, and part of her message was the elimination of certain high-ranking Ororo officials. Tugay was one of the three officials eliminated by Guri. He was incapacitated by a strangle hold, then she shot him in the left eye.
