Tuggle
an otter-like creature native to the planet Toola, tuggles travel across the icy plains in huge packs. They have been domesticated by the Whiphids, which use them as sledge animals. They are small, measuring just a half-meter in height and up to two meters in length, but they have very powerful legs and thin bodies.
