this version of Serv-O-Droid's TT-8L droid was the least expensive of its variants, lacking a segmented body. Instead, the Y7 was simply the observation eye attached to a single-jointed arm, and it was given scanning capabilities. The Y7 was targetted for sale to the more paranoid members of galactic society, including crimelords and black marketeers, who wanted to know who was calling as well as whether or not they were armed. In keeping with the target audience, Serv-O-Droid gave the Y7 model a confrontational personality that could be altered to its owner's wishes. Jabba the Hutt had a Y7 model installed at this palace on Tatooine.
