TT-8L/XSS
this variant on the TT-8L droid was produced by Serv-O-Droid from antiqued brass. Unlike the standard TT-8L, the XSS model was designed to be an ornate observation device. Its brass finish was inlaid with silver adronments and intricate scrollwork, and its snakelike body was mounted on a heavy post which was bolted to the floor. Emperor Palpatine used a number of XSS models in his residences, to monitor who came to visit.
