this model of electrobinoculars was manufactured by Neuro-Saav, and contained an internal holographic recording system. This allowed the TT-4 to record and play back up to three hours' worth of images. These electrobinoculars were introduced during the last years of the Old Republic, and became valuable pieces of technology to the scouts who supported the Grand Army of the Republic.
