These "black holes" were expenses that couldn't be explained, and might possibly lead to anti-Alliance operations that could still exist. Among the things she searched for was evidence that Tycho Celchu had been on the Imperial payroll. In this capacity, she served as a material witness in Celchu's trial, and detailed that credits had been deposited into accounts for Celchu, but that there was no evidence that he was aware of them.
