Trinja, Cheryl
this young woman was naturally strong and adept with the Force, and used it to communicate with the animals that lived in the forests surrounding her farm home. After her parents were killed during the Imperial subjugation of her homeworld, Cheryl hid in the forests and grew up there, separated from the rest of humanity. She was coaxed out of hiding shortly after the Battle of Endor by a group of New Republic agents and Jedi students, all of which discovered that her powers were far more advanced than their own.
