this guild, which was ostensibly part of the Bounty Hunters' Guild, was established during the height of the New Order by Rovan Tresario. Tresario himself was frustrated at the way pirates moved throughout the galaxy, and recruited former Imperial military personnel to begin hunting the pirates down and eliminating them.
