Beltane
this man was the governor of Balmorra during the years in which Palpatine's clones tried to retake the galaxy. Following years of oppression at Imperial hands, Beltane became a supporter of the New Republic after the reborn Emperor's death on Byss. When Sedriss the Executor rose to power, Beltane tried to keep Balmorra free of Imperial oppression by battling Sedriss with the weapons produced on the planet. Sedriss bowed to Beltane in order to gain more weapons.
