Treaty Recording System
developed by the Alliance and known to field agents as a RecSys, this holorecorder was used to document the treaties negotiated between the Alliance and the various races and cultures who fought against the Empire. It employed a set of RTZ security filters and special WORM storage chips to ensure that the recordings could not be tampered with.
