TransGalMeg Industries
this diversified corporation, headquartered on the planet Narg, created a number of starship designs for internal use in its mining and colonization divisions. When these designs proved to be durable, TGM opened its shipyards to produce transport ships for the public sector. Its designs include the Xiytiar-class transport. The corporation was involved in a scandal some time shortly after the Battle of Yavin, when Braig Farool and his brother, Nak, attempted to gain power in Rayter Sector by kidnapping Crying Dawn Singer. Imperial Moff Nile Owen and a group of Alliance agents, working separately, discovered the plan and halted it.
