Transfer Register
a document which details the sale or trade of property or merchandise. The document is often nothing more than a computer file, but it contains electro-optically recorded prints of the buyer and seller. The register itself is impervious to break-in, having several layers of security built-in to provide completely accurate records of the transactions.
