this planet was the homeworld of the Akorec. This and other reptilian creatures were known to have eaten the first two teams of settlers who arrived on Trammis III, and the third team nearly wiped out the reptiles in an effort to establish themselves. The reptiles were later were billed as modern-day dinosaurs, and a large tourist trade developed because of this. Many xenoarchaeologists believed that Trammis III was a possible birthplace of the Sharu, for many Toka spoke a dialect of the Trammic language.
