Its design is such that unwary visitors to Atzerri are likely to lose their money as they pass through many unnecessary checkpoints, pay illusory tariffs, and shop for overpriced goods. For those travellers with experience on Atzerri, the Plaza's "merchants" act as scratchbacks. They herd the more adept travellers to more intense areas of the city.
