this unusual automaton was developed by Tig Fromm,and served as a mobile weapons platform. It moved about on six pneumatic tires, which were puncture-resistant and provided a measure of shock absorption. Atop the engine-housing base, the tower droid was a cylindrical tower which housed the weapons, which included four laser cannons and a repulsor-ball launcher. It was rumored that more thn 430 of these automatons were produced for deployment on Ingo, but it was unknown how many survived the break-up of the Fromm organization by Boba Fett.
