Torsyn, Ryle
this Alliance starfighter pilot flew a Y-Wing while stationed with Pops' squadron on Dantooine. He had been recruited by Garven Dreis, and was the responisble for the discovery of the secret device that led the Empire to Dantooine originally. Torsyn was instrumental in the evacuation of the base prior to the Alliance's creation of the base on Yavin 4, and later flew as Gold 3 during the Battle of Yavin.
