Torsh, Babel
this one-time assistant to the Imperial Consular-General of the planet Adarlon was responsible for the intense crack-down and purging of the entertainment business on the planet. He quickly and efficiently destroyed all forms of free speech, and censored everything produced on the planet. He blacklisted a huge number of artists for their even marginally anti-Imperial works. A pudgy, dark-skinned human, Torsh had a distinguished career in Imperial service before his assignment in the Minos Cluster. He had a large ego, and did not tolerate corruption or disregard for Imperial law.
