this short, dark Reussi became the despicable crimelord who runs the industrially-polluted world of Reuss VIII. He cares little for the planet or his fellow Reussi, valuing profit and the bottom line above all else. He is also an efficient loan shark, and it rumored to take internal organs as payment of debts. These organs, it is rumored, are used to replace those worn out by his workers. This allows Vorne to keep increasing profits without losing workers.
