this small, hopping rodent was bipedal in stature, and was native to the planet Naboo. They had short tails and large eyes, and could flip themselves over backwards in order to escape an attacker. They breed quite rapidly, and offspring were independent and fertile at just two weeks of age. The whiskers of the tooke were prized by the Gungans for use in making paint brushes.
