this Yevethan was the Proctor of the Giat Nor guilds. He personally presented a new groundcar to Nil Spaar upon the Viceroy's return to N'zoth after the successful first wave of the Yevethan Purge. One of Ton Raalk's sentries saw three New Republic statis probes drop into realspace over N'zoth, and relayed the information to him.
