this Imperial diplomat was, at one time, in command of a "re-education center," which specialized in the torture of those individuals suspected of sympathizing with the Alliance. He carried a small medkit with him at all times, ostensibly to help counteract the effects of aging. In reality, the kit contained all the necessary chemical compounds to create a variety of lethal poisons. After he "retired," Tome was summoned to Tatooine by Begas Tok, to participate in the auction of the Shard of Alderaan computer slicing program. Tome was provided with credits by the Empire, and was backed up by the undercover agent, Breezer Nos-Carron.
