this Mon Calamari served as an Admiral in the Alliance's Navy, during the early years of the Galactic Civil War. Admiral Toka was in command of the Alliance's Tak Base, on Talay, when it was destroyed by the Imperial Darktroopers. Toka and all the base personnel were killed in the battle.
