Toda
this surly, blue-skinned Tammuz-an ruled over most of the planet Tammuz-an during the early years of the Empire. He assumed control when the crown-prince Mon Julpa was lost, unaware that Mon Julpa had been beguiled by Zatec-Cha and dumped on Tyne's Horky. Lord Toda was a military genius, and held Tammuz-an in a state of martial law until Mon Julpa returned. At first, Toda refused to relinquish control to Mon Julpa, but they agreed to meet and discuss a cease-fire. It was then that the pirate gang of Gir Kybo Ren-Cha attacked Tammuz-an, kidnapping Toda's daughter Gerin in the process. After Jann Tosh and his droids, R2-D2 and C-3PO, managed to rescue Gerin, Toda agreed to work out a peaceful resolution with Mon Julpa.
