this Gungan scout made regular trips to the city of Theed, as part of his duties to the Gungan Grand Army. Toba was the son of Neesada Bari and Bullba, and was the bravest of all his siblings. In fact, it was said that Toba hitched a ride on the tail of an Opee Sea Killer as a youth. On several missions, Toba had the opportunity to meet with the students at the Royal House of Learning, and eventually made friends with many students. A curious young Gungan, Toba was in Theed when the Trade Federation invaded the planet Naboo, and was caught in the city. Instead of trying to return to Otoh Gunga, Toba lent his skills and resources to the Naboo Underground. He later fought alongside Jar Jar Binks during the Battle of Naboo. Shortly after the Battle of Naboo, Toba purchased and modifed the B'zabuu-class transport known as the Sea Killer, and helped the Gungans settle the moon of Ohma'Dun. He was later accepted into the Naboo Space Fighter Corps, flying G-1 starfighters in the Iron Cesta Flight. After two years of active duty, Toba retired from the military and took up the life of an independent spacer.
