this elderly Twi'lek spacer was a member of the Lantilian Spacer's Brotherhood, and was the owner of the Seventy-Seven Stars. He bought the ship many years ago, after leaving Ryloth to become a spice trader. Like other Twi'leks of his generation, To'iir is considered an outcast because of his desire to travel among the stars.
