this Imperial officer was just a Lieutenant when he was placed in charge of a TIE Fighter maintenance bay. Among those working for him were the parents of the woman known as Sapphire. Tizzin was generally incompetent, however, and his lack of ability resulted in an explosion in the fighter bay. Tizzin himself was out of the bay at the time of the explosion, despite the fact that he was on-duty. His family connections within the Empire managed to remove any culpability on his part and saved his career, blaming the incident on Sapphire's parents. He later was appointed to the position of Commodore, and served as an attache to the Moff of Kira Sector.
