this Hutt controlled much of the tax collection operations of the planet Socorro during the New Order. An exile from his homeworld, Tiranga suffered a debilitating spinal cord injury as a child, and was considered a runt among his own kind. As an adult, Tiranga was just 2.5 meters in length, and the majority of his torso and tail was paralyzed. However, Tiranga was nonetheless a powerful figure on this adopted homeworld fo Socorro, and had the backing of the Society of the Black Bha'lir to add credence to his position. When other Hutts learned of Tiranga's survival, they put out a death mark for his head. This effectively kept Tiranga on Socorro at all times, unless accompanied by a heavy Black Bha'lir guard.
