this man, a native of the planet Rhommamool, was Nom Anor's primary advisor shortly before the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy. He was aware of the plan to use coomb spores to poison humans, and was part of the plot to poison Mara Jade Skywalker to determine the strength of the Jedi Knights. Following Nom Anor's brief expatriation in the aftermath of the loss of Helska, Tinotkin was sacrficied to Yun-Harla, the Yuuzhan Vong deity worshipped by Nom Anor.
