this middle-aged Gotal was a minor crimelord who owned and operated The Puddle during the height of the Galactic Civil War. He made a living selling water and renting property, and funneled the profits into protecting the area from assault. He also acted as the final mediator in disputes which were formally lodged among the inhabitants of The Puddle.
