this Imperial officer was the Executive Director of COMPNOR's Sanbra Sector Coalition for Progress. An Art Group Monitor, Tija had great misgivings about the publication of The University of Sanbra Guide to Intelligent Life. He worked with Bront Autin to attempt to detain Tem Eliss and stop publication, but was unsuccessful in both endeavors.
