Tice, Haelon
there is virtually no information on this man's history, a fact many attribute to the computer manipulation of his employer, Yin Vocta. Tice himself was employed by Vocta as a bodyguard and assassin, and was known to the criminal underworld as a ruthless and brutal killer. His muscular body was a combination of flesh and machine, having augmented his natural abilities with a number of cybernetic replacements. His left eye was synthetic, and glowed a bright violet at all times. Tice's manner was best described as loud and obnoxious, in stark contrast to that of his partner, R'Kayza.
