Tic'Karcta, Phean
a native of Arkonne III, Tic'Karcta sabotaged the official vehicle which was carrying her rival in business, Divina Quri Adner. Adner was killed in the attack, and Tic'Karcta found herself the subject of an official Imperial bounty. Wilek Nereus, Adner's fiance', eventually hunted down and killed Tic'Karcta to exact a measure of revenge.
