Thulls
this Ithorian owned and operated the Slippery Gelgelar Eel, within the Gelgelar Free Port, during the height of the Galactic Civil War. Since coming to Gelgelar, Thulls seemed to have caught a permanent cold, and was always sniffling. This condition made him somewhat grumpy, and he wasn't averse to charging more for drinks to beings he didn't like.
