Thrella
an extinct alien race native to Circarpous V, they had a fairly advanced technology, and dug the many Thrella wells found throughout the planet. They used the underground waterways extensively, and built some of their cities near the underground shores. These cities were built of metal and stone, and showed wonderous curves and sweeping planes.
