Tepine, Qell
a native of Coruscant, Qell Tepine was the leader of the mercenary group known as Star's Nova. Tepine and Star's Nova worked exclusively for the Alliance during the Galactic Civil War, but better money could be found after the Battle of Endor. During his employment by the Alliance, Tepine developed a network of informants within the military, and used them to steal critical information from the New Republic. This made him doubly dangerous to the Republic, for it gave him access to the Republic's databases, and gave him a way to make a lot of credits selling military secrets to the highest bidder.
