Tem Eliss
this Iyra from F'tral became a prominent and respected professor at the University of Sanbra. His lectures were always in demand, and students were consistently filling the auditoriums. He was very demanding of his students, but was fair and impartial. However, Eliss was also strongly anti-Imperial in his politics, and often spoke out about the rights of alien species. His manuscript, The University of Sanbra Guide to Intelligent Life, was written to provide cultural guidelines and to detail the goals and motivations of the species of the galaxy. He tried to remain neutral in his writing, but the Galactic Civil War and Palpatine's pro-human policies often colored his words. COMPNOR tried to halt publication of the document and detail Eliss, but Eliss fled into hiding. He was not seen again on Sanbra, although there have been rumors that Eliss joined the Alliance. The document itself began to appear on student computer networks, and eventually was distributed to over 25,000 nodes on 5,000 worlds.
