this desert moon orbits an unspecified world far from the galactic community. It has no atmosphere and supports no known life, but was a source of many different metals and ores needed throughout the galaxy. A mining colony was established on Telti, with special environment domes allowing the miners to exist on the moon. The mining colony supported the Empire only under duress, and went bankrupt after the Battle of Endor. Years later, Brakiss established a droid manufacturing facility there, funded by Dolph and structured to produce droids which would explode when hidden detonators were triggered by a remote signal. It was on Telti that Cole Fardreamer, with the help of R2-D2 and C-3PO, exposed Brakiss' part in Dolphs' plans. Brakiss fled the moon, rather than face the New Republic and Luke Skywalker. Luke Skywalker and Brakiss met several years later on Telti, in an attempt to come to terms with each other. The meeting was a failure, and opened the rift between them even farther.
